“The counseling relationship can be a safe place in which to navigate life’s challenges and explore our inner selves. We all experience struggles, and therapy can be a critical support. I believe in a relationship approach to therapy. I’m skilled in Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Relational models of therapy. I also draw from Family System and Internal Family System approaches. As an Episcopal Priest, I bring a broad range of experience in navigating spiritual matters, as well as a deep understanding of life transitions at all ages.”

Offering outpatient, in-person psychotherapy in Middletown, DE. Offering telehealth psychotherapy for clients in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.

Greg has worked as a therapist in private practice on Philadelphia's Main Line suburbs since 2015.  With Current Counseling Services, he is expanding that work into Delaware. Delaware is familiar ground to Greg, having attended school and college in the state.

Greg's  practice includes elements drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Family Systems, Modern Psychoanalysis, and Psychodynamic models. For couples therapy, Greg draws elements from the Gottman model of marriage therapy.

Greg is also well-versed in clergy support, with a long track record of clergy mentoring. He is a frequent facilitator for recently ordained clergy conferences with the Presbyterian Church (USA) Board of Pensions and co-chairs the Pastoral Mental and Spiritual Health Committee in the Episcopal Diocese of New Jersey.
